Who is the Tapolci Foundation
The Tapolci Foundation was established in 2014 by the leaders of ABG Capital along with the support of their portfolio companies VoIP Innovations,
InspiraFS, and GlobalPOPs. As a not-for-profit corporation, the Tapolci Foundation operates under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and aims
to exemplify the best practices of responsible, effective philanthropy.
The purpose of the Foundation is to give back on a greater scale and make
a more significant impact on the communities we live in. As an organization, we know that we can do more to help our communities flourish. The Tapolci
Foundation was created as a tool for us to use to accomplish our goals of giving back more than we ever have. We built the Foundation upon the vision
and values set forth by the late Gerard (Jerry) F. Tapolci who pioneered the first generation of ABG Capital. We thought it was fitting to honor Jerry
in this way since he has impacted so many people.
Those values that Jerry instilled in us became the guiding principles for which our culture was built and the fundamentals of how we operate and conduct ourselves.
To build a stronger community, we...
– encourage and support a healthy life balance
– combine passion and perseverance to achieve success
– earn mutual trust and reliability
– embrace the ability to adapt and innovate
The Board consists of outstanding, passionate activists who believe in giving back to build a stronger community bond.
